At Home and Beyond, we ensure that all orders will be delivered to you in good condition anywhere you are in Kenya. We have different shipping methods depending on your location.

Standard Nairobi Wide Shipping

All orders for Nairobi County delivery can be delivered on the same day or next day depending on the time the order was made. After completing your order and making full payments, our delivery team will be in contact with you to let you know when your order will be received.

All Morning orders (before Noon) will be delivered in the afternoon. This applies to Nairobi county only.

Orders made on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday Morning.

On peak days such as major Holidays on the calendar, we are not able to specify the delivery timelines. However, you can be assured that your orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date.

Express 1 Hour Delivery in Nairobi

If you want your orders delivered promptly, choose the expedited delivery option. With the expedited option, your order will be delivered within 1 hour after completing your order. It costs Ksh. 1,000 and is available for Nairobi delivery only. 

Nairobi Environs (Slightly outside Nairobi County) Same Day Delivery.

These areas include parts of Kiambu County, e.g Ruiru all the way to Thika town, Uthiru to Kikuyu on Waiyaki Way and environs, Kiambu Road from Thindigwa to Kiambu Town, Ruaka, Kabete. Parts of Kajiado including Ngong, Ongata Rongai, Kitengela etc. Parts of Machakos County including Athi River, Ruai to Kamulu, Utawala.

Standard Outside Nairobi Shipping (Via Fargo Courier) Next day Delivery

All Orders scheduled for delivery outside Nairobi will be delivered on the next day via Fargo Courier. 

To ensure you receive your orders on the next day, please place your order by 4:00pm. Our team will email you a tracking number on the morning of the delivery day so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier on the delivery status of your items if you wish to do so.

Please note that Fargo Courier deliver items only to locations that are within a 10km radius from town.
In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or incase the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices.

Fargo Courier do not have a specific delivery timeline. However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9am and 4pm.

The cost for this shipping method is KSh,500.

 

Global Wide Shipping via DHL Express.

When you ship orders outside Kenya via DHL Express, delivery should take three to 14 working days. DHL will offer a tracking ID, that can be applied on their website Please note Home and Beyond is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their shipping countries. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

To determine your shipping charges to the preferred address, engage our team to get the exact weight of the product, and based on that, we will share an estimate based on the current DHL charges.

The charges can range from KSH1500 onwards, and does not cover import taxes or customs.

For deliveries outside Nairobi that are not clear, the Fargo Courier team will not be able to deliver. Hence, the recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town the item is meant to be delivered to.
